Cara Owen Hollop is the Administrator of the West Firm, PLLC.  She is responsible for all of the Firm’s accounting, financial reporting, human resources, administration, and daily management.

Cara has extensive legal firm experience, and worked at O’Connell and Aronowitz, PC, for over 18 years, first an Accountant and Human Resources Generalist, and then as Comptroller.  Immediately prior to joining The West Firm, Cara was employed as a Senior Accountant for a large human services company. 

Cara holds degrees in Accounting and Human Resources Management, and is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators.  Cara also served as Treasurer for the Albany Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators from 2009-2010.  In addition, she graduated from  the Albany County Chamber of Commerce’s Entrepreneurial Bootcamp Fall 2010 Session.  Cara lives in Albany with her husband John and daughter Tessa Elise.
