Jennifer Frontera is a Real Estate Paralegal currently working in the Firm's Integrated Land Services group. Jenny supports the Land group in lease and right of way acquisitions, preliminary review of title abstracts for mineral estates and responsive curative activities. Jenny also manages compulsory integration proceedings, preparing required notifications and representing operators at integration hearings. Additionally, she is responsible for the oversight and implementation of policies and procedures relating to the Land group to ensure efficient processes.

Prior to joining the Firm, Jenny worked as a Contracts Analyst at Albany Molecular Research, Inc., a leading outsourcing provider focusing on drug discovery through commercial manufacture active pharmaceutical ingredients. In this capacity, she worked in the legal department where she managed the company's patent portfolio and analyzed and negotiated complex customer based, consulting and operational agreements.

The majority of Jenny's professional experience is in the real estate industry. Previously, Jenny worked as a Real Estate Paralegal at several area law firms and title companies, including a large reputable Albany based law firm. Jenny has handled a large volume of commercial and residential real estate closings, which involved the preparation of legal documents, title commitments, statements of sale, bank documents conducting related research, reviewing title reports/contracts, and attending and conducting closings. She has been the "go to" person for title and closing related matters for over twenty mortgage brokers. She has prepared and analyzed hundreds of title reports and worked diligently with clients to clear title issues.
