Naomi A. Storch Communications Director Litigation Paralegal

Naomi A. Storch is the West Firm’s Communications Director.  In that role, Naomi formulates marketing and communication strategies for the firm, aids in recruiting and business development, and maintains the Internet presence of The West Firm.

Naomi also serves as a Litigation Paralegal.  In that role, she supports the litigation attorneys in preparing, filing and organizing cases and matters.  Through her work at two other major law firms in Manhattan and Albany, Naomi has extensive prior expertise in Federal and New York State litigation procedure, as well as the key distinctions in local rules for each Federal District Court and State Court. 

Prior to joining the West Firm, Naomi served as a Real Estate Paralegal for a major law firm specializing in commercial real estate and as a Litigation Paralegal in the Albany office of an international law firm.

Naomi earned a bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College, where she majored in Communication and played two sports.   She received her master's degree in Organizational Communication at the State University of New York at Albany, where her research examined the leadership style of male and female managers in a changing digital landscape.  Naomi has also assisted faculty in writing book chapters on the impact of globalization on communication within organizations.
