About
S. David Devaprasad is Of Counsel at The West Firm. His practice includes Environmental Law, Land Use and Zoning, Litigation, Business, and Real Estate. He previously served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of New York, where he represented the Department of Environmental Conservation and the New York Environmental Protection and Spill Compensation Fund in petroleum and environmental matters. In private practice, he has represented individuals, businesses, insurers, municipalities, and multi-national corporations in both routine and complex matters.
