Louis Bianchi Addresses Albany Medical College’s Class of 2026

Louis D. Bianchi, an associate attorney at The West Firm, spoke to the Class of 2026 Physician Assistant students at Albany Medical College’s Annual Alumni Association Job Forum. As he has in previous years, Lou provided information on employment contracts that new graduates will soon enter into with their employers. The presentation covered restrictive covenants, specifically non-compete and non-solicitation; medical malpractice insurance policies and coverage; and critical contract terms such as signing bonuses, student loan reimbursement, continuing medical education, and licensing fees. Lou provided students with a clear understanding of legal concepts and terminology they will encounter as they begin their professional careers.
